The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Florida-specific regulations, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools, and the permitting landscape, including coordination with FDOT, FDEP, and water management districts. Essential Functions: Complete modeling tasks for major infrastructure projects, including FDOT roadway improvements and local municipal drainage improvements.
