What is a typical day like according to our drivers?
Start the morning with a team huddle and soon you'll be loading up your vehicle and hitting the road. With each stop along your route, you could be delivering that last-minute birthday present, a replacement part someone needs, an order of essential household items and more- we deliver items from ounces in weight up to 50 pounds (we have hand trucks available). When our drivers deliver packages safely and on time, customers smile... and when the customers are happy, everyone wins! When all the packages are delivered for the day, it's back to the station to drop off the vehicle and that about wraps your day up!

Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm

This position is a professional (unrepresented) part-time, grant funded, contracted position. In partnership with the Schenectady City School District (SCSD), LPP Certified Teachers from the SCSD assist with the Academic and Support Services component of the SUNY Schenectady County Community College's Liberty Partnerships Program. The Test Technician is an integral member of the G&G engineering team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this team member executes hands on engineering lab activities and is the first line of technical support for our customers. What am I accountable for?
1. Product Testing (40%)
Collaborate with engineering to develop and execute test plans for new and existing products.
Document test results by recording data and generating clear reports.
Communicate insights and feedback from testing to improve the design process.
2. Failure Analysis & Reliability (25%)
Lead the internal field return analysis process, including teardown, root cause determination, and documentation of findings.
Maintain accurate records of product returns and communicate trends and critical issues to engineering.
Support occasional customer site visits to audit field reliability and assist with complex troubleshooting.
3. Technical Customer and Product Support (25%)
Serve as one of the first points of contact for inbound technical support as a part time basis by phone and email, performing basic troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to the Lead Product Engineer.
Manage the warranty and returns (RMA) process by entering claims, coordinating hardware returns, and providing timely status updates.
Configure control systems to meet the needs of customers.
Coordinate with the Product Support Specialist to ensure coverage during peak periods.
4. Lab and Equipment Management (10%)
Maintain engineering lab facilities and ensure all test equipment is in good working order with appropriate calibrations.
Assist in planning test schedules based on project priorities and equipment availability.
Continuously improve engineering lab spaces to be efficient, organized, and safe.

Albany Law School seeks qualified candidates to teach courses as online Adjunct Faculty and to build courses as Subject Matter Experts, for the Online Graduate Programs. Course assignments and contracts to build courses are determined by the Assistant Dean and Director of Online Programs, and the respective faculty directors. Subject Matter Experts (SME) use their knowledge and expertise to provide content, assessments, and materials, to build an online course in a specific subject. SMEs are required to build the course within an agreed timeframe and to a specific standard. Adjunct Faculty teach the course using best practice in online teaching and by fulfilling the expectations of Albany Law School in terms of engagement, pedagogy, and assessment, to offer our students an exemplary learning experience.
