Foster a positive facility culture aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to continuous improvement. Train, coach, and evaluate staff, including new hire onboarding and annual performance reviews. Ensure staff deliver person-centered supports consistent with program design, Needs and Services assessments, and quality standards. Participate in the evaluation of potential residents for placement in keeping with regulations and program design. Collaborate with stakeholders (conservators, healthcare providers, regional centers, QA professionals, etc.) as a member of each resident's support team. Actively attend management team meetings (twice monthly), client support meetings, and organizational events. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, facility records, and budget oversight. Exciting opportunity to join the A Place for Mom team as an outside sales Healthcare Account Executive. You will be the face of A Place for Mom with the hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your territory and the families being discharged from the facilities as we grow the business. You are responsible for driving lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts. You are hungry, excited to build relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding the most effective approaches to grow each account in order to help more families find the care they need. We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee all dining operations. The Dining Services Director is responsible for ensuring that the dining program offers superior quality to our residents.
