What you will do
Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission
Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence
Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families
Educate families on customized senior care options, and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs

Qualifications
What will make you successful:
Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls), which consists of referring families out to communities and scheduling tours for them to ultimately drive move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor you will be the company's first interaction with a family with the goal of being empathetic to their situation and delivering a great family experience.
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center
History of exceeding sales targets
Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system
Successfully complete new hire training program

Schedule

The Home Care Acquisition Managers (HCAMs) are responsible for signing strategic, high value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network. The position is key to our success by ensuring that we have the right home care agencies in each market to handle all of our referral needs.
The HCAM must reach out to their target portfolio of home care agencies and present a personalized sales presentation on the immediate value that APFM can bring to their agency. The HCAM may need to work with other departments to drive success - most frequently our Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers and Care Advisors.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate is a true sales person who is highly competitive, results oriented and has a hunter mentality. He/she is an excellent communicator - both verbal and written - and has tremendous analytical and follow up skills.
What you will do:
Manage multiple geographical markets with a targeted list of high potential home care agencies to sign in each market.
Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom's value, and set expectations for their experience with A Place for Mom and our referral programs.
Sign on new agencies that meet A Place for Mom's customer qualifications and regulatory requirements.
Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly goals.
Ensure the success of our new home care agencies by collecting all the information required to complete the signed agreement and transition the new agency to our onboarding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join A Place for Mom to lead a team of Inside Sales Managers who manage a remote team of Welcome Advisors (WAs). Welcome Advisors (WAs) are inside sales representatives, who operate in a call center environment, responsible for delivering initial consultations with families on senior care options, referring senior living communities and homecare agencies that match their needs, and passing on high quality details about the family search to our community customers and follow-up sales teams. This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, a commitment to delivering a seamless consumer experience, and the ability to work cross functionally with other divisions within our organization to maximize outcomes and drive company success.
Supervise assignment of salesforce compensation, targets and other sales incentives
Drive sales to achieve move-in goals each month and quarter for inside phone sales team
Manage and lead team to deliver funnel metrics that meet or exceed expectations, utilizing multiple reports in multiple systems
Lead and support Regional Manager Team that are the direct leaders to each WA region team
Direct the evolution of sales territories as the sales teams grow
Monitor and analyze sales performance; support sales management in achieving goals
Oversee sales reporting accuracy and distribution
Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
Build salesforce growth scenarios and work closely with senior management to refine long-term strategic plans
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes with Finance and HR
Help manage/resolve customer complaints directly and in coordination with customer account teams
Manage customer relations including conference brand calls, webinars, and customer meetings
Hire, recruit, train and coach Regional Managers and Welcome Advisors
Manage HR issues (LOA, Exits, New Hires etc.)
Work with all departments on implementing new systems, programs, process/protocol changes and test pilots
Collaborate with the development team to implement new sales technology features
Collaborate with the learning and development team on sales team training material and implementation
Quarterly overnight travel required for divisional and organizational sales meetings, with additional local travel to visit our community customers in the market
Qualifications
Four year college degree from an accredited institution
Senior leadership experience in a call (sales) center environment required, with a thorough understand of call center based metrics and KPI's.
10 years of progressively responsible sales and sales management experience in a B2C or SMB sales environment
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and funnel KPIs
Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader
Excellent customer service including the ability to train and inspire teams' members
Ability to work with multiple customers (families and communities) to achieve sales goals
Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies

What you will do
* Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission
* Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence
* Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families
* Educate families on customized senior care options, and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs
* Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
Qualifications
What will make you successful:
Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls), which consists of referring families out to communities and scheduling tours for them to ultimately drive move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor you will be the company's first interaction with a family with the goal of being empathetic to their situation and delivering a great family experience.
Qualifications
* Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center
* History of exceeding sales targets
* Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
