The Dishwasher is responsible for providing hands on food service functions within the culinary department. Our commitment to the highest level of hospitality creates a need for uncompromising cleanliness, neatness, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Performs kitchen activities including: ware-washing system set-up and break down, dish washing, pot
washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and prep production
Assists serving staff with setting of tables and work station areas as well as clearing tables
Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, and areas in kitchen
Assists with plating or dishing of appetizers, meals, and desserts dependent on operational design
Completes end of shift cleaning and end of night kitchen closing duties
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized environment in the kitchen
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least 15 years of age
Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred
Basic knowledge in areas of safety, sanitation, chemical use Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

Your Role:
The Medical Coding and Billing Specialist will review medical records to ensure claims are properly documented and coded as well as coordinate and execute processes of medical billing for our Respiratory Health products. The position is responsible for ensuring business practices follow government regulations and abide by carrier specific acceptable HCPCS and ICD-10 coding standards. This consists of all billing activities including initial, re-authorization, and purchases across all lines of business (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care Organizations).
This is a full-time hybrid position where the candidate would report to the St. Paul office three days a week, Monday through Friday. The hours of operation are 8:30am - 5pm.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Complete review of medical records to ensure the ICD-10 diagnosis used for billing is properly documented.
* Complete quality review of patient records to ensure they are comprehensive, in compliance with each payer's rules and regulations, and billed accurately
* Adhere to month-end accounting deadlines for revenue and claim processing including selecting orders, generating claim files, submitting EDI files to clearinghouse, printing claims, attaching claim documentation, and mailing.
* Reference coding guidelines and reimbursement policies/procedures to keep current with changes in regulations, insurance specific policies, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with and provide feedback to Revenue Cycle Management and Managed Care colleagues to ensure accurate claims processing and documentation within company systems.
* Perform other project and duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Medical Coding Certification required; ICD-10 coding experience preferred
* 3+ years of experience in healthcare environment required; associates degree or higher may substitute for 2 years of experience

Your role at Baxter
The File Resolution Specialist is responsible for providing direct support to the Revenue Cycle Management Department, which includes Reimbursement Services, Medicare, Billing and Collections Teams. This position requires use of data analysis tools and reporting, along with comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle, to analyze and resolve patient files that did not follow the standard reimbursement process. Additionally, this position will work with the management team to identify process and procedure gaps, to ensure maximum reimbursement potential.
What you'll be doing
* Develop a plan and/or strategy to get patient accounts back into the reimbursement process flow, either through obtaining prior authorization, performing change of insurance, and/or obtaining payment on claims.
* Complete complex research on patient accounts from intake, through billing and collections, to identify the gaps preventing reimbursement, and provide a summary for resolution.
* Utilize various investigational tools such as Lexus Nexus, or Google to locate patient contact info, including use of classified and confidential database.
* Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in various processes, to increase profitability and cash flow, along with recommended solutions to the RCM Management Team.
* Identify files that need reactivation when escalated payer issues are resolved, and triage files to the appropriate departments, and provide direction regarding actions to take for reimbursement.
* Maintain a standard review and audit process for all files entering a suspended/inactive status to ensure appropriate steps have been taken before exhausting reimbursement efforts.
* Analyze and work various revenue reports, including, but not limited to "claim validation", "return billing report", to ensure all reimbursement procedures were followed, and claims can be released to payers or funneled back into the reimbursement process or accounts are closed out in the appropriate manner.
* Contact patients/families/caregivers as needed to obtain current demographics, insurance, physician, and device usage, to ensure appropriate insurance reimbursement.
* Obtain appropriate documentation such as medical records, Medicare Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN), Terms Conditions Responsibility Form (TCR), and Patient Waiver Form as needed for reimbursement.
* Participate in various continuous improvement projects as assigned.

This is an enterprise role working across all prioritized Therapeutic Areas of Interest: Cardiology, Renal, and Metabolic (CRM), Oncology, Immunology, and Rare Disease. The main focus of this role is to educate these customers about health information technology (HIT) systems, including electronic health records (EHR), to enhance diagnosis, treatment, and patient management with tools that enable, for example, clinical workflows, patient stratification, and patient activation and outcomes at the point of care.

The Respiratory Health Credit Specialist is responsible for resolving credit balances for assigned Third-Party payers and patients in compliance with existing payer contracts and internal policies.
What you'll be doing
Research and resolve credit balances on claims for assigned third-party payers and patients in a timely manner and in accordance with third-party payer requirements and Baxter policies and job aids.
Resolve credit balances with payers by appealing claims, submitting corrected claims, requesting reprocessing of claims, or issuing refund payment on claims.
Resolve claim balances resulting from payer recoupments (payment takebacks) and process payment moves to balance takebacks and payments.
Document and follow up on explanations of benefits (EOBs) from payers.

In this vital role the Health Policy & Reimbursement Executive Director will lead development and implementation of reimbursement strategies for federal (US) payer issues across multiple therapeutic areas and the company's biosimilar portfolio. He/she will work cross-functionally to help identify and resolve barriers to entry for pipeline products/ therapies and provide broad reimbursement-related advice for inline products, including mitigation strategies in response to proposals that would negatively affect access of Amgen therapies for patients. In addition, he/she will manage broader health policy efforts including reviewing and analyzing complex policy proposals including regulatory proposals and legislative text, and promptly and concisely communicating impact of these proposals to key internal audiences (government affairs, commercial, regulatory, clinical, and senior executives). This position requires intense collaboration with government affairs staff to ensure alignment of strategy, talking points and messaging to constituents (elected officials/leaders, agencies, third parties, etc.). Further, the successful candidate will play a key role in health policy engagement with major trade associations on corporate policy priorities which include Amgen specific priorities as well as industry-wide priorities including, but not limited to, Federal drug pricing policy.
