Responsibilities
Phlebotomist - Vascular Access Tech obtains quality blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods (capillary, venous, assisted line and arterial collections) and standard safety equipment from all age groups with strict adherence to regulatory requirements and collection procedures. Must be able to push a cart and walk distances. Assists with training students and new employees. Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required. A graduate of a phlebotomy training program that provides a clinical rotation OR 3 months of phlebotomy work experience is required. Individuals hired to this position are required to complete 2 years in this role before being eligible to transfer to other positions within Mayo Clinic. National Phlebotomy certification (e.g. NHA, ASCP) must be obtained within 14 months of hire date.

Overseer Board
While the ECEFC is congregational in its form in the sense that all leaders are accountable to the
congregation, the administrative responsibilities and authority of the congregation are delegated to the Overseer Board. A member may not be elected for more than two three-year consecutive terms and must not be a board member for at least one year before being eligible again. The Senior Pastor is a voting member of the Overseer Board.
The Candidate
The Senior Pastor shall know Christ as his personal Savior and be living an exemplary life in accordance with scriptural guidelines for church leaders. He will be sound in his faith and doctrine and qualified to preach and teach the Word of God as led by the Holy Spirit.
The Senior Pastor is hired by the congregation. The Pastor and the Overseer Board, led by the Holy Spirit are together responsible for the spiritual direction and vision of the church. The Pastor shall proclaim and model a life of prayer, love, and care for the congregation. He shall lead the church in evangelizing the lost and discipling the believers.

• He grew up in the mid-west and in a rural area. His family has lived, or wants to live, in a rural
area.
• He has been married for 5+ years.
• He has kids, some school age.
• If he has adult children they should be walking with the Lord. If not, what is he doing to bring
them back?
• He and his family want to assimilate into the community, being involved with community
events, sports, etc.

Must be 15 years of age or older.
All candidates must be able to pass the American Red Cross swim test during the interview process, which includes:
1. Swim on front for 150 yards, tread water for 2 minutes with hands out of water, then swim on front for 50 yards (must be done consecutively without stopping)
2. In a timespan of 1 minute 40 seconds, swimmer must jump into shallow end of pool, swim on front to deep end, retrieve 10 lb. object from bottom of pool, swim on back with object on stomach to the shallow end, place object on pool deck, and get out of pool.
American Red Cross Lifeguard certification and plus.

The Sanneh Data and Evaluation VISTA will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making processes and evaluate program effectiveness to increase support and resources for Sanneh programs to improve strategic outcomes for diverse and low-income youth in Sanneh programs.
Role and Responsibilities
Expand and improve data collection systems to ensure effective management of key data crucial to the monitoring and evaluation process.
ACTIVITIES (Q1-4):
Learn Sanneh organizational history, become familiar with core programs, activities, and major events. Become familiar with current programs operated throughout the term.
Understand and develop a working strategy with current data platforms (Activenet, Apricot, google forms, etc).

Identify specific data-related skills and knowledge gaps within the Sanneh Foundation.
Develop a comprehensive training curriculum covering essential data and programs concepts, tools, and techniques.
Collaborate with external experts or trainers to bring specialized knowledge and insights.
Establish benchmarks and criteria to measure the progress and proficiency of participants.
Encourage peer learning and knowledge sharing through group discussions, case studies, or collaborative projects. Develop a culture of continuous learning and development by catering a database of resources for the organization.

Coordinate and establish survey administration time periods and schedules.
Train programs on releasing surveys to participants. Maintain and operate current data analytic platforms (Activenet, Apricot).
Continue data collection and monitor survey results from programs. Comply with organization privacy and policy regulations within data collection.

Compile data from current programs and generate reports for organization, to be presented to sponsors, grantors, and development officials.
