Ensure proper mixing and application of coating materials according to manufacturer specifications. Measure surface profile, cleanliness, and coating thickness using appropriate tools (e.g., DFT gauges). Conduct visual inspections and document results to meet project and client standards. Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and hazard identification. Comply with environmental regulations for handling and disposal of blasting media and coating materials. Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment in good working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
