As a Dozer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction and excavation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to operate heavy machinery, specifically dozers, to perform tasks related to grading, leveling, and earthmoving. Job Summary:
A Brink Superintendent is responsible for the direction, guidance, safety health and welfare of all site staff including documentation and execution of the day-to-day field operational needs of the individual project. The Superintendent manages the day-to-day crews and sub-contractors. The Superintendent manages the weekly changes and production in a safe and productive manner. They ensure safe working conditions, and that everyone is trained and understands all hazards of each jobsite, and what is taking place with respect to productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Is directly responsible for leading and working along with a crew which consist of Journeyman, Apprentices, Operators, and Groundmen. This position will lay out work and make certain that materials, tools, equipment and information are on the job site in the proper locations to meet construction schedules. Position interacts with Superintendent or Project Manager and on smaller projects may oversee complete installation.
Must be able to report to assigned job site location on time or as directed.

Position: Electronic Technician
Location: Various locations
Rotation: 14 days on duty; 7 days off duty
Reports to: Director of Maintenance
Objective: The Electronic Technician is responsible for performing electrical and electronic maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company equipment at various field locations. This role supports the maintenance staff by executing troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing activities in accordance with company quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, electronic, and computer-based equipment and systems on trucks, power generation equipment, and supporting infrastructure.
Perform electrical repairs and diagnostics both in the electronic shop and at field locations.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on electronic and electrical systems.
Assist with equipment testing, calibration, and verification using appropriate tools and software.
Follow written procedures, schematics, and technical documentation when testing and repairing equipment.
Identify component-level issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians or supervisors as needed.
Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in company systems.
Participate in job risk analyses, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support commissioning and decommissioning of equipment as required.
Comply with all company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and applicable government and industry regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications
Education: Two-Year Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience:
3-6 years of experience in electrical and electronic maintenance and repair
Oilfield services, power generation, or mobile equipment experience preferred
Hydraulic fracturing or high-voltage systems experience a plus
Valid driver's license required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Working knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and electronic components
Ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, control systems, and power distribution equipment preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced field environment
Commitment to safety and compliance in a safety-sensitive role
Compensation:
This position offers an attractive compensation package consisting of a hourly rate of $30-40 per hour with additional bonus opportunity.
