The Banquet Server's primary responsibility is to uphold the restaurant's high standards of excellence by providing the highest quality of service to guests. The Banquet Server is responsible for the serving, set-up and cleanup and take down of all banquet functions. Provides assistance to banquet supervisors/managers in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure a positive guest experience. 8.Cleans up, takes down or resets banquet space in accordance with supervisor/manager's specifications to ensure the readiness of the space for other functions. Follows all adult beverage policies and procedures. Thoroughly communicates with management and banquet associates through daily communication and attends required meetings. Understand and applies all facility safety and security procedures as required to maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and guests. 12 .
