Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Support Service Worker for the Shapiro Center located in Kankakee, Illinois to perform routine, repetitive unskilled manual tasks associated with support services on an assigned shift, including exterior building and campus clean-up including lawn care and snow removal, dietary tasks including meal distribution and clean-up, laundry tasks, housekeeping and clothing services. What Youll Do:
The Area Manager, Post-Acute Services provides area clinical and operational leadership for Rendevors skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis programs, ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, patient centered care. This role oversees daily operations, clinical performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple facilities aligning with Rendevors mission and G.R.E.A.T values. The Area Manager serves as the primary liaison between Rendevor leadership, clinical teams, and partner facilities driving outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across assigned area.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Licensure:
* Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

* Conduct monthly clinical audits of patient charts, infection control practices, water logs, and treatment documentation to ensure compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage and state ESRD regulations. * Partner with nephrologists and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and care transitions.
* Facilitate ongoing staff training and competency validation in collaboration with the Clinical Quality & Compliance Department.

As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Relevant technical knowledge
HVAC Certified (preferred)

Must be able to drive a forklift, car, van, and truck.

Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Physician Specialist, Option B for the Shapiro Center located in Kankakee, Illinois to perform general medical examinations, providing diagnostic and treatment services. Provides facility wide comprehensive medical care, treatment and diagnosis of disorders relating to Family Practice to medical staff. Verifies treatment of individuals meets standards of care. Evaluates assigned cases at Intake. Makes daily rounds evaluating individuals' progress, treatment and effectiveness of prescribed medications. Primary Job Objective
The CILA Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for people receiving CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) services. The DSP is responsible for empowering individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful community and work integration.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties
The CILA DSP will complete the following duties and assist people supported with the activities outlined below:
Direct Support & Daily Living Skills
Assist with personal care and daily living skills (e.g., hygiene, dressing, cooking) at the level of support needed.
Implement Outcome Plans (OPs), assisting individuals to improve on their goals and accurately documenting results.
Utilize current evaluations and best practices to improve individual supports and services.

Mandatory Rotating Schedule: DSPs are required to work every other weekend as part of a 2-week rotating schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
To become a Commissioned Officer in the Nurse Corps, qualifications include:
U.S. Citizen between the ages of 18 and 41
Currently licensed and practicing nursing in the U.S. (new graduates must obtain a license within one year of beginning Active Duty service)
In good standing (as a student or graduate) with a CCNE-accredited U.S. education program granting a
Bachelor of Science degree
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether youre currently serving, whether youve served before or whether youve never served before.
PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES
There are part-time opportunities as a Reserve Navy Nurse. Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Nurse, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Nurse Corps Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
