The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, the ability to multitask, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. This is a paid, part-time spring and summer position. Responsibilities Assisting with the Des Moines Menace youth programs including tournaments and camps. Managing registration platforms for youth programs. Lead marketing efforts for youth programs. Develop relationships with local youth clubs to support the growth of soccer. Assisting in the management of website and social media initiatives to promote youth programs. Organize logistics for summer camps including, but not limited to, staff scheduling, equipment management, and communications to participants. Work regular season Menace home matches in May - August. This includes full-day dedication to game day set up, servicing fans, and post-game tear down. In game responsibilities vary on the needs of the match but will include management of ball retrievers and Anthem Buddies. As available, assist with pre-season events such as Open Cup.
