In this role, you will provide analysis and recommendations across mortgage operations, servicing, strategy, marketing, technology, risk management, and compliance to drive business growth. You'll support day-to-day operations through data analysis, risk assessments, project deliverables, and reporting, while developing and enhancing dashboards, SQL queries, and data visualizations to track KPIs and KRIs. You'll also conduct industry research, analyze loan portfolios, and provide insights into loan pricing, securitization preparation, and collateral management. Collaboration is key to success in this position. You'll work closely with origination, servicing, secondary marketing, audit, compliance, and technology teams to gather requirements, design solutions, update procedures, and support process improvements. You'll play an active role in change management initiatives, ensuring adoption of new systems and processes while maintaining regulatory and investor compliance. As a liaison across multiple teams, you'll help align business goals, lead or delegate project work, and support the Mortgage Team with administrative planning and special events. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping mortgage operations and driving efficiency. NATURE AND SCOPEReporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting and evolving the organization's overall compensation programs and practices. This hands-on position offers a unique opportunity in both program design and execution, with responsibilities that include the administration of incentive and commission plans, job evaluations, and compensation survey management. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support employment offers, conduct specialized analysis, and contribute to departmental projects and initiatives. Additionally, this role is integral to the annual merit cycle process and other key compensation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. REQUIREMENTS1. Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in designing and administering compensation programs. Prepares and processes modifications, as needed. Adjusts the loan rate, SCRA rate adjustments, and reamortizations.8. Helps members with Credit Life & Disability, GAP, and Mechanical Breakdown Protection (purchases post booking), cancels post booking, and filing, processing and disbursing claims.9. Performs required flood tracking processes, including flood change updates, escrow tracking, premium remittance and annual match off.10. Handles loss draft insurance claims for members including review, project status tracking, and all required follow up.11. Responsible for several monthly audit reports.12.
