What You Will Be Doing
EXPECTED RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As an agricultural Service Advisor, you will start each day by warmly welcoming customers who need assistance with equipment repairs and maintenance. You will serve as the central hub of our service department, keeping a close eye on work orders and coordinating with technicians to ensure every job meets our high standards. Throughout the day, you'll oversee technician performance, monitor MST usage, and help manage costs effectively. Communication will be key as you maintain clear lines between team members, addressing any challenges and ensuring that everyone stays aligned with our mission.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
3+ years of experience with John Deere service department operations
Working knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
Basic accounting skills
Communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
Team spirit and ability to motivate others
Computer proficiency, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to lift 50 pounds
