The lack of training and the amount expected from new employees
Always having incentives
The pay is amazing and the time off and retirement benefits are unbelievable.
Very laborious and strenuous depending on which area you live in. I dont like having to work at night but I do what I need to to get to the next position!
The stock retirement. Each year you get a stock grant. One share is worth 16000. Each position you move up the more Grant's you get and additional each year. After 6 years you are 100% vested and I'm 22, if I kept with it until I am 55 I will have a few million worth of stock to retire with.
You meet a lot of new people.
As management, you have to work weekends and holidays with no extra pay other than Christmas Day. Your schedule can be all over the place, sometimes with turnaround with less than 8 hours.
