Upward mobility; specifically for younger and inexperienced workforce who demonstrate interest, talent and communicate desire to progress.

Cons of working at Wayfair

Low wages Known as a stepping stone to better employment Cult like culture, depends on facility however mass terminations have happened a few times

Received a lot of perks- raffles, electronics, days off, sport tickets, regular cook outs (management pay out pocket&have to file reimbursement, I've lost over $1K)
