The Operations Industrial Engineer plays a vital role in staffing, planning, and achieving site(s) specific goals across Wayfair. They partner with others to ensure timely and cost efficient processing of the orders. What You'll Do * You will create weekly and daily operating plans for site(s) and resolve variances between plan, actuals, and goals.
