The hours/pay was very good.

There wasn't a way to move up as far as I know. The employee turnover was high.

I am an big fan of OT, Wayfair happened to have a lot of that. That was the best thing about the company.

Low wages Known as a stepping stone to better employment Cult like culture, depends on facility however mass terminations have happened a few times
