It's a small hospital in a small community so it's easy to build relationships with patients. It's easy to get a job if you live here.

I like the employee "gym" that's about the size of a walk-in closet. There's really nothing special about working here.

Leadership doesn't respect staff at all. There's a lot of incompetence both on management and on staff because they can't attract and keep good talent. Seen a lot of questionable patient care going on. No interest in staff development. Lot of negativity about where the hospital is headed under current leadership.

New management that actually cares about staff and patients.

It's a lot lower. Cost of living isn't bad but a lot of people still have to pick up extra hours or work side jobs.

The hospital has a lot of windows and natural light.

There's not a lot of diversity, it's not encouraged.

Small-town community, locals are really appreciative IF you take good care of them

There aren't any perks, benefits aren't any better than what you'd get somewhere else
