. The Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist is primarily responsible for the chart analysis function, both quantitative and qualitative. This includes review of the medical record for accuracy and completeness, and the assignment of provider deficiencies, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory agencies. This position will assist providers with completion of records, validate the completion of all deficiencies assigned and collect data related to record completion necessary for regulatory reporting and hospital operations. Included in this position is the gathering of information from all relevant sources, including electronic and reconciliation of paper documentation. This position also provides office support to all other positions in the HIM Department. This role serves as a key liaison between leadership and practice teams, overseeing education programs, professional billing support, and process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and standardization across the organization. This position supports system-wide projects and initiatives that relate to both the professional and facility revenue cycle. This position ensures compliant coding and billing practices within the provider revenue cycle. Leads system and workflow redesign activities to improve revenue capture and reduce operational costs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field required, or relevant, progressive experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or training and development. Provider Revenue Cycle Experience Required, preferably in a provider-based clinic environment. The Social Worker's primary function is to provide diagnostic evaluations of the psychosocial problems of the patient/family unit, define Social Work goals for alleviating these problems and help provide the counseling/casework to meet these goals as they relate to Acute Care. Full-time Provides accounting support for the Health System and subsidiaries working with the various accountants and Director of Finance. General anatomic and clinical pathologist to join a solo hospital employed general pathologist at a CAP accredited private hospital. Clinical pathology oversight as needed. Key Responsibilities and Duties Conduct both gross and microscopic examinations of surgical specimens, biopsies, and cytology samples. Assist with supervising and managing laboratory operations across various disciplines including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking, ensuring the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance. Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely pathology reports for treating physicians. Consult with other medical professionals, including surgeons, oncologists, and primary care physicians, on test results, differential diagnoses, and appropriate patient treatment plans.
