Responsibilities
Our Physical Therapists examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. We have Specialty Programs that include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program. He/she administers skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the family and other members of the health care team. - Provide code and program expertise. Ensure program compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare for NRC/INPO pre-operational inspections.
- Monitor the testing and performance of the fire protection detection and suppression systems.
- Review design/field changes for accuracy, program impact, and functional testing.
- Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance tasks based on corrective actions and monitoring, Operating Experience, and PM feedback.
- Develop and/or/provide technical support in the development of surveillance testing, fire protection pre plans, and impairment monitoring and reporting processes.
- Ensure appropriate training and guidance and appropriate reference materials are provided for station personnel who perform or review fire protection documents. Participate in and assess fire drills and emergency response exercises.

- Minimum of four years in fire protection preferred
- Nuclear power plant experience is preferred
- Membership in the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) is highly desired
- Participation in key industry groups such as the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), is desired.

Successful candidate(s) must possess knowledge, experience and understanding of US Army logistics, plus the knowledge and experience required to hold the position as outlined below.
***The Appliance Mechanic's pay will be $25.40 per hour with an additional $4.93 per hour H&W (Health and Welfare) fringe benefit***
**Responsibilities**
Essential functions will include:
+ Ability to install, service and repair commercial kitchen appliances to include but not limited to kettles, steamers, refrigerators, and ovens using hand tools, test equipment and following wiring diagrams and manufacturer's specifications
+ Replace worn or defective parts, such as switches, pumps, bearings, transmissions, belts, gears, blowers and defective wiring
+ Repairs and adjusts appliance motors
+ Ability to reassembles appliance, adjusts pulleys and lubricates moving parts
+ Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on equipment based on AR and equipment manuals
+ Must be capable of reading and understanding manufacturer operation/maintenance manuals and conducting the maintenance as instructed
**Qualifications**
+ High school Diploma or GED required
+ Must have a valid drivers license
+ EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) Certification highly preferred
+ At least (1) year experience installing/repairing/maintaining Food Service Equipment is required
+ Experience working with gas, electric and steam appliances preferred
+ A familiarity with the military is preferred but not required
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
+ Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
