We are seeking a FT group addictions counselor to work at our Women's Residencial Facility providing the highest standard of care to our current clients. This position will focus on group facilitation that covers the pre-set 3.3 level of care course curriculum along with caring a full case load of enrolled clients. Being comfortable working with a cross spectrum of substances abuse clients as well as being able to facilitate moderate to large groups will be required. Qualified candidates should be skilled at professional time management as well being able to make clinically appropriate decisions. Additional experience in de-escalation and conflict resolution would be preferred. Requirements: Certificate of completion in addiction counseling, associate degree. bachelor's degree. Master's degree Appropriate Maryland state licensing and/or credentials such as ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LCADC. LGPC.
