OBJECTIVE: The Operational Technology (OT) Specialist Lead is responsible for inventory tracking, standards development, and deployment & maintenance of OT across the enterprise. This role will lead and/or assist in troubleshooting system issues, from the endpoint to the application through the various layers of communication and processing of data. They will also help direct installations, reconfigurations, and maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, devices, and/or components which may include but not be limited to; Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Environmental Control Systems (lighting and/or HVAC automation, Audio/Visual (AV) control systems, Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs), sensors, controllers, instrumentation, pumps, uninterruptable power supplies (UPS), switches, as well as Internet of Things (IoT) devices such as cameras and monitoring systems. Perform cyber risk assessments for OT/IoT technologies not technically feasible of being compliant with Federal cybersecurity requirements. 15.
