The Product Development department is looking for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as a Senior Product Development Specialist. The Product Development department is looking for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as a Rating Configuration Analyst. The Rating Configuration Analyst is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and testing rating logic within Ratabase and proprietary rating systems. The person in this position works closely with managed services partners, product managers, actuaries, and underwriting teams to ensure accurate and timely deployment of rating changes for commercial lines products. This is an exempt position that reports to the VP, Product Development. This position is open to internal and external candidates. Hybrid (office/home) option is available. Responsibilities Configure and maintain rating logic in Ratabase for commercial lines products. Implement ISO circular updates and assist with regulatory rate filings. Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into rating rules. Perform unit testing and validation of rating changes. Document configuration changes and maintain version control. Support QA and UAT processes for rating updates.
