Sheryl Palmer became the president and chief executive officer of Taylor Morrison in August 2007 after previously serving as executive vice president for the western region of Morrison Homes. Palmer leads a highly experienced Taylor Morrison leadership team in key North American markets. Palmer brings more than 20 years of experience to her position, including leadership in land acquisition, sales and marketing, development and operations management. She has spent most of her career in the Arizona, California and Nevada real estate markets, including eight years as division president responsible for operations at Blackhawk Corp., a builder of active adult communities based in northern California. In addition, she served with Pulte for more than five years, beginning in the Phoenix market and ultimately serving as Nevada area president, supervising all aspects of operations for its Del Webb and Pulte communities.

Chirag Bhavsar is a Lead Director at Currency Exchange International, CO-CEO at CNL Financial Group Inc, and Chief Executive Officer at CNL Strategic Capital LLC and is based in Orlando, Florida. He has worked as CFO/COO at Monroe Bank & Trust, Exec VP/CFO/COO at Valley Natl Bank, and Senior Audit Manager at Hacker Johnson Smith. Chirag attended University of Florida between 1988 and 1991, American Civil Liberties Union, and University of Virginia.

Marshall A. Loeb is president and chief operating officer for Glimcher Realty Trust. In this role, Mr. Loeb provides global direction for all leasing and operational areas of the organization, putting an emphasis on the quality of Glimcher’s properties and the experiences in their centers. Mr. Loeb oversees construction, development, marketing, specialty leasing, human resources, Ohio Retail Security, LLC, and Ohio Retail Maintenance, LLC. He also served as executive vice president and chief operating officer from 2005 until 2007.
