I actually thought I may receive pay from such a job especially since I own the creation of the technology used. Instead, my rights were violated, financial fraud submitted by CEO as I was never paid a cent, so it seems as if I was used as a tool to create technology for the benefit of a few government employed thieves to steal the trade secrets of such proprietary discoveries and technical know how, same as found when practicing scientific computing or quantum technology.
I've never stepped foot in the business and have never met a co worker.
Obviously! It's the vacation time from the office, being to stay home and work like a literal "SLAVE" daily.
Interaction with co elworkers would be a great start. At least to know their names and what I can do if anything to make their work environment better. I would certainly delve into taking control of my business and treating co workers respectfully. Especially co workers of over a couple decades. That's without saying.
I do not prepare. I simply meet at the time requested and be myself, just a bit more reserved, maybe. I did not get an interview here, though.
I can trust the leadership as that leadership will be transitioned under my control to someone with the skills, time, courtesy and empathy. Every loyal worker deserves that, at least in my view it is and that's how I hope to transition the business with quality employees.
The compensation would be equivalent to the company operating a human trafficking corporation masking or offsetting it as a television broadcast company with completely false statements. Completely inaccurate and moreover, maliciously inaccurate. I will not stand down to this type of abuse at a workplace that uses my likeness, not today, not ever
I really don't know what to say. But I'm going to speak the honest truth. I think it is oppressive, discriminatory and hateful and the CEO must care about no one other than himself and his pockets at the cost of everyone else.
The fact that I am a creator, an inventor. O love that. I love being outside the box and research. I feel really great about my accomplishments when Iake them, which turns out to be way above average than in the past. Especially as a female. Even though in 25 years I've never received a penny of compensation.
