The Global Digital Upskilling Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing ERM's global digital learning strategy with a primary focus on AI learning and adoption across ERM. This role will partner closely with the global and regional learning community, business leaders, and the broader HR function to define and execute a digital upskilling strategy, focused initially on AI. Note: This position is based in our Alexandria, Virginia office and follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote each week. As an integral part of Questel's Inside Sales Team, this role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and processing leads for the sales team; as well as generating summarized reports of key findings. ERM is hiring a Community Outreach Liaison in Buckingham County, VA. The role of a Community Outreach Liaison is critical to the success of infrastructure construction. This role is an on-site field position that will collaborate closely with project management, communications, external and government affairs, client, and consulting staff throughout the project planning and permitting phases, aiming to facilitate effective communication with landowners, community leaders, and other interested stakeholders. This is a part-time (10-20 hours per week), limited-term role for 1 year, extendable. ERM is hiring experienced Construction Safety Managers to provide on-site support for our key pharmaceutical client in Richmond, VA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing on-site observation of construction activities from an EHS perspective, ensuring health and safety compliance with applicable regulations and existing company standards, and contributing to an environment where employee health and safety are preserved. You will be present during all site activities and responsible for all health and safety activities, and the delegation of duties to any other project team members. RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with general contractors and subcontractors on behalf of the owner, as the owner's representative. Promote client's safety culture across contractor and subcontractor groups. On-site observation of construction activities from an EHS perspective. Documentation of activities with respect to required EHS performance. Train on-site workers on EHS oversight program requirements. Train on-site subcontractors on EHS oversight program requirements. ERM is hiring a Construction Site Manager in Kentucky to support construction oversight for Solar energy projects. This is a full-time (40-60 hours/week), limited-term role for the duration of 12 months, extendable. Responsibilities: * The Construction Site Manager will act as the Owner's Representative coordinating Owner personnel on-site including Health, Safety, and Environmental personnel, quality observers, and other service providers while on-site nearly 100 percent of the time when construction activities are taking place. * Manages and coordinates all on-site construction activities for compliance with the project schedule and monitors and enforces compliance with contract requirements. * Supervises and mentors all managers; monitors their activities and provides leadership. * Monitors and reports on construction productivity and schedule performance (including trends) to the owners Project Manager. ERM is hiring experienced Construction Safety Managers to provide on-site support for our key pharmaceutical client in Richmond, VA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing on-site observation of construction activities from an EHS perspective, ensuring health and safety compliance with applicable regulations and existing company standards, and contributing to an environment where employee health and safety are preserved. You will be present during all site activities and responsible for all health and safety activities, and the delegation of duties to any other project team members. Proposed corrections of safety deviations will be discussed with the General Contractor's Safety Manager, and support will be provided for implementing corrective actions. * Issue daily site observation reports for each site inspection. ERM is hiring Environmental Inspectors throughout the state of Virginia to oversee environmental compliance during the construction phase of Electric Transmission Utility projects. The projects we work on and the services we provide demand teams of multiple disciplinary professionals working collaboratively to meet our clients' needs. This position is a full-time (40 hours + per week) limited-term role with a duration of 6 months, extendable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * The primary responsibilities of this field-based position include: * Preparing documentation to support requests for variances from environmental permits. * Preparing and conducting environmental training for construction personnel. * Conducting field inspections, monitoring and field survey work as directed. * Interacting with and serving as a point of contact with agency officials, regulatory agency staff, landowners, contractors, clients and other project members and conducting required agency notifications. * Reviewing and implementing project documents and providing direction, support and critical judgment on environmental compliance issues. * Providing technical leadership, support and direction to field staff. This includes the coordination of daily Environmental Inspector and Resource Monitor schedules and conducting morning construction meetings. * Critically assessing environmental conditions in the field to evaluate potential environmental impacts from construction. * Evaluating potential issues and concerns ahead of construction activities. * Overseeing the proper implementation of mitigation measures. * Conducting environmental sampling (hydrostatic test water, soil, etc.). * Overseeing and verifying flagging of wetland boundaries, cultural and biological resources exclusion zones, refueling zones, etc.. * Inspecting and documenting compliance with a project's environmental requirements by preparing daily written inspection reports that provide up-to-date and consistent written and photo documentation of activities observed in the field. * Participating in various construction meetings. * Evaluating restoration activities. * Performing additional tasks as assigned or required. REQUIREMENTS: The role of an Environmental Inspector requires meticulous oversight by highly skilled individuals stationed in the field throughout construction to ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations.
