It's a great company with benefits and great superiors

Grandfathered in vacation time
The pay and benefits were good and the people I worked with were great.
The training program that had me interested and is the position I signed on for quickly fell apart and it feels like I was stuck as a field tech instead of an engineer.
The pay was nice and they had great benefit plans and also someone to help guild you and make recommendations on how to set up your benefits.
The new challenges and working different places with all types of people
