Job Purpose Responsible for planning, coordinating, and organizing work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing of products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications in manufacturing facility. Ensure that all customer orders meet requirements, delivery dates as well as quality and cost specifications. Enforce procedures and requirements in accordance with Weatherford policies while ensuring the safety and performance of all employees.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Under direct supervision, perform mechanical assembly of low complexity in accordance with established procedures. Know and understand Weatherford's Enterprise Excellence Process and the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
* Assemble equipment per engineered drawings or as instructed by others.
* Inspect completed components for accuracy and functionality.
* Maintain an orderly work area.
* Properly maintain company supplied tooling.
* Aid in developing of new procedures and improving existing procedures.
* Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
* Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
* Performs any assembly type functions, using hand or power tools.
* May operate both stationary and moving overhead cranes.
* Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
Experience & Education
REQUIRED
* 1-2 years prior assembly or manufacturing experience
* Mechanical aptitude.
* Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
PREFERRED
* Soldering Certification - IPC J-STD-001
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
REQUIRED
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.

As a Field Specialist Mechanical you will be responsible for:
Performing in autonomy some of the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of HGT or CECO equipment in the Field at Customer Sites.
Being responsible to perform minor/major maintenance of equipment following the Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures.
Being the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and Site Team to coordinate activities at the Customer Job Site.
Providing records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations.
Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all Service applicable processes and procedures.
Performing other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work. He/she may be able to provide limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the Field.
Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).

Providing Mechanical generator inspection maintenance and repair in line with OEM standards and processes.

What role you will play in our team
Help grow our ProxximaTM polyolefin thermoset system business. These resin formulations are based on cyclic C5 monomers and other proprietary monomers and additives. Our catalyst formulations have strong foundations in Nobel Prize-winning technology developed by Professor Robert Grubbs and his research team. This powerful combination produces polymers that have the capability to outperform today's thermoset composite solutions across a broad set of everyday applications such as wind turbine blades, electric vehicle parts, construction, and anticorrosion coatings.
Your role is to help prospective customers around the world convert from their existing thermoset products to ProxximaTM polyolefin thermoset systems by demonstrating cycle time, weight, and physical performance advantages on their composite fabrication equipment.
What you will do
* Provide on-site technical support for customers producing composites via high pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM), liquid compression molding (LCM), and light resin transfer molding (LRTM).
* Assist customers in optimizing their process to run ProxximaTM resins and, where needed, provide guidance on equipment upgrades.
* Provide technical insights to help guide new application developments.
* Provide market insights to inform and update business strategy.
* Develop novel technology to strengthen the portfolio of intellectual property.
* Train and mentor less experienced colleagues.
About you
Skills & Qualifications:
* B.S. or higher in Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent
* 5 - 10 years composite fabrication experience with deep understanding of high-pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM) and/or reactive injection molding (RIM) part fabrication processes
* Working understanding of thermoset chemistry in systems such as epoxy, polyurethane, vinyl ester, or polydicyclopentadiene
* Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

* Champion lithium research operations - Pilot unit operations (autoclaves, extractions and separations) and sample analysis for R&D and business.

**What role you will play in our team**
+ Champion liquid chromatography - mass spectrometric methods and sample analysis for R&D and business.
+ Support research programs involving the molecular characterization of complex biological and geological mixtures using primarily Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometric methods.
+ Provide sample analysis including, but is not limited to: microbial lipids and metabolites, sediment and source rock extracts, and crude oils.

**Skills and Qualifications**
+ Possess a B.S. or M.S. science degree (geochemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields) with emphasis on analytical separation.
+ Hands on experience with HPLC with different detectors such as UV, ELSD and MS techniques, including analyses, data processing and instrument maintenance.
+ Attention to detail and the ability to follow proper lab procedures and uphold good housekeeping practices in lab.
+ Willingness to be involved in research that is highly exploratory in nature and may support programs within division and affiliate organizations.

Maintenance and Repair:
Perform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on flexible pipe systems and associated equipment.

Asset Inspection and Testing:
