Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality AssuranceSpecialist to ensure our software deliverables consistently meet the highest industry standards. This role involves designing and executing automated test plans, interpreting and reviewing system requirements, executing regression test cases, and tracking quality assurance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and a solid understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute automated test plans.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
6+ years of experience as a QA automation engineer.
Hands-on experience with UFT and/or tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, JMeter.
Proficiency in VBScript and/or scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong collaboration skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in all phases of the software and testing lifecycle from inception through deployment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid project management capabilities.
Working knowledge of Commercial Gas Transmission Pipeline Systems.
Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, TestRail, Inflight, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including Regression, Unit, Integration, System, and Blackbox testing.
Extensive knowledge of application functionality, defect resolution, and testing protocols.

Department Overview
Gas Operations oversees the natural gas transmission and distribution operations. The team maintains and operates 6,700 miles of gas transmission pipeline, 43,000 miles of distribution main, 3.6 million gas services, three PG&E-owned storage facilities with 102 BCF capacity, nine compressor stations with 175K HP, and 5,000 measurement and control facilities. Gas Operations is comprised of approximately 6,000 coworkers.
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor performs QA oversight and/or audits of program compliance to ensure processes, systems, structures and/or components meet required specifications. The QA Auditor develops clear and concise written reports which describe audit findings and are used to communicate to various levels of management. The QA Auditor develops and updates internal auditing and quality improvement processes and strives to verify and document PG&E's overall effectiveness related to regulatory mandates and internal compliance standards. The QA Auditor may work with regulatory agencies on inspections or audits and provide information to them as required.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $118,000
Bay Area Maximum: $188,000

Job Responsibilities
Trains/mentors department members for ASQ certification and recertification and contributes to the preparation and implementation of department training.
Leads and mentors others in cause analysis and identifies linkages to business objectives.
Develops or modifies quality assurance audit procedures and methodology. Benchmarks audit effectiveness and corrective action follow-up, identifying best practices and sharing lessons learned. Develops written reports for upper management summarizing audit findings, observations, and trends.
Leads/coordinates department special projects.
Reviews for accuracy the information or reports to be submitted to regulatory agencies. Champions quality assurance issues with the regulatory agencies, may act as contact for quality assurance issues with regulatory agencies.
Provides Subject Matter Expertise of all oversight/audit functions.
Measures compliance with field methods, procedures, processes and standards by conducting oversight activities/audits of completed work and/or business processes, ensuring adherence to and accountability for established work methods, procedures and processes through performing QA and QC audits.
Takes a lead role in working with the business process owners to develop oversight/audit plan, including information and data gathering, interview schedule, site visit schedule, associated logistics, and other audit related activities.
Recommends process improvements as needed to meet department and/or company objectives. Promotes performance improvement throughout the organization. Maintains awareness of the business context and company profitability and efficiencies.
Qualifications
Minimum:

7 years of auditing or quality experience with 3 years of experience as a lead auditor; OR 3 years of auditing or quality experience and 5 years of experience in the field performing maintenance, operation, engineering or other execution of work in electric, gas and/or power generation.

Department Overview
Gas Operations oversees the natural gas transmission and distribution operations. The team maintains and operates 6,700 miles of gas transmission pipeline, 43,000 miles of distribution main, 3.6 million gas services, three PG&E-owned storage facilities with 102 BCF capacity, nine compressor stations with 175K HP, and 5,000 measurement and control facilities. Gas Operations is comprised of approximately 6,000 coworkers.
Position Summary
Prepares, conducts, and evaluates assessments for Engineering, Construction & Operations in accordance with work procedures, policies, and design standards. May be involved in functions related to supporting and communicating assessment findings. Conducts quality assessments both independently and as a team member. Compiles and reports out quality assessment results to other interested parties and verifies Operator Qualifications of assessed employees and instrument calibration records.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. The Export Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing and managing all export documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations. This role will coordinate shipments, including hazardous materials (Hazmat), and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations
* Manage Hazmat shipping documentation in compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations
* Ensure shipments meet international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
* Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers to arrange transportation
* Maintain accurate records of shipped goods and update inventory systems
* Communicate with sales and customers to verify accuracy of shipping instructions and ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements to ensure timely delivery
* Address shipping delays, documentation errors, or customs issues promptly
* Maintain export records for internal audits and government reporting
* Monitor regulatory changes and update processes accordingly
* Support internal teams with export compliance training and guidance
QUALIFICATIONS
* HIgh school diploma or equivalent (logistics or supply chain certification preferred)
* 3+ years in export documentation and international shipping.
* Proven experience with Hazmat shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
* Hazmat/Dangerous Goods certification preferred.
* Data entry with Ten-Key
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
* Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, and ECCN classification.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
* Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination
