Weatherford Regional Hospital company history timeline
In 1945, Parker County purchased Doctor Fyke's hospital and it became known as Parker County Hospital.
Several remodeling phases and expansions were completed on the original structure, which was renamed in 1958 as Campbell Memorial Hospital in memory of Doctor W.M. Campbell, an early day general practitioner in the county.
In 1968, the Hospital District purchased a 35-acre tract of land and construction began on a more modern facility.
Weatherford Regional Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility, has been a tier one affiliate of the St Anthony Affiliate Health Network since May 2013, and for five years prior to being a tier one, they were an affiliate in the network.
