What Does A Weaver Do At Mohawk Industries

* Responsible for efficiently operating the weaving loom including checking the face for quality defects, correcting defects, threading yarn, replacing yarn which may have run out from the creel, etc.
* Responsible for repairing minor weaving machine malfunctions and blowing out the machine.
* Responsible for performing this job in a quality and productive manner.
* Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position.
* Responsible for lifting or moving heavy objects.
* Expected to follow all safety procedures for the job duties assigned
