Content Designer Responsibilities:
1. Design, write, edit and test clear, compelling in-product language to help users and teams meet their goals. This includes product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Meta products and experiences
2. Apply systems thinking to the product, whether it's defining extensible design patterns or conducting audits of existing experiences
3. Give and solicit feedback from your UX design peers in service of building the best products
4. Contribute to projects in ways that enhance the clarity and usability of product experiences, and guide teams towards solving the most important problems
5. Identify problems you can help solve and deliver on them
6. Edit and contribute to designs and content using Figma
7. Collaborate daily with peers across disciplines, including engineering, design, research, marketing and data science
8. Partner with our internationalization team to ensure product experiences are of the highest quality in every language

Gymreapers is seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to help drive the visual branding efforts for our company in specific to our amazon prescence. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development and Guidelines:
Work with Amazon manager and Creative Director in developing and maintaining comprehensive brand visuals that encapsulate the Gymreapers identity and values within the Amazon marketplaces.
Ensure consistent representation of the brand across the platform and mediums.
Collaborate in developing new campaign ideas and concepts from start to finish, including creating mood boards, working with the video/photo team, influencing product designs, and crafting all necessary marketing assets to launch campaigns across various platforms.
Visual Execution and Consistency:
Working under our Creative Director, you will collaborate and inspire both internal and external production teams - working closely with the creative team to maintain brand guidelines.
Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive, consistent creative output.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including e-commerce, email, performance marketing, content, influencers, events, and product development.
Marketing Assets:
Leverage your creative expertise to bring creative to life across A+ content, listing images, advertising and the entirety of the Amazon marketplace.
Create multiple iterations of A+ content for new product launches and go to market campaigns to elevate the brand experience on the marketplace.
Create assets to be used across our Amazon for marketing campaigns (Store header, banners, landing pages, etc)
Contribute to the design of new product pages and layouts for our website, as well as Amazon Premium+ Pages.
Collaborate in aligning to potential video production efforts, including motion graphics, basic video editing, and multimedia asset creation.
Process Improvement:
Optimize creative processes and file structures to enhance departmental efficiency.
Collaborate with the Project Management team to maintain organized tracking of all creative projects and initiatives.
Maintain an organized design workflow, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Metrics and Analysis:
Understand and analyze performance marketing metrics to inform creative strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into Gymreapers creative approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the e-commerce, apparel, and fitness industries.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Motion graphics or video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects are a plus, but not required.
Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing scalable advertising campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Self-driven with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
