1. The Flagship: OMs & Proposals (The Core Mission)
The Goal: Win the listing and sell the deal.
The Work: You will design our most critical assets: Offering Memorandums (OMs) and Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs). These are not simple brochures; they are 20-50 page financial documents that must be flawless, professional, and visually stunning. You will use Adobe InDesign to layout text, financials, and photography into a cohesive story.
2. The Story: Data Visualization & Maps
The Goal: Make complex data instant and simple to understand.
The Work: You will take raw data-retail maps, aerial photography, floor plans, and rent rolls-and turn them into clean, persuasive graphics. You understand that a well-designed retail map can sell a location better than a paragraph of text ever could.
3. The Brand: Digital & Social Identity
The Goal: Unmistakable market authority.
The Work: You will ensure our team looks as good online as we do in print. You will create eye-catching assets for:
Pitch Decks: Broker Opinion of Value and Offering Memorandums that are comprehensive 20-50 page financial analyses of commercial real estate assets.
Email Campaigns: Just Listed/Sold announcements.
Social Media: Professional LinkedIn graphics and market update visuals.
Direct Mail: High-impact postcards that stand out in a crowded mailbox.

The Ideal Profile
Experience: 3-5+ years in professional graphic design (Commercial Real Estate or Architecture/AEC experience is a massive plus).
The Toolbelt: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign is non-negotiable. Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are required.

Performs retouch and manipulation of photos and other graphical elements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong physical production skills, specifically hand trimming with a knife and mounting medium-to-large-format prints.
Intermediate (or better) experience designing in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
Must be able to work a consistent schedule on location at the museum within normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm).

Associate's Degree in web-related technologies, web development or a related technical area and a minimum of one (1) year experience in web development and maintenance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Practical knowledge of dynamic, responsive, and accessible web development with ability to make practical application of standard principles to develop, implement, and maintain web applications, including programming languages, debugging activities, design and security standards, terminology, and other principles as needed.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, including site configuration, content management, permissions, and navigation. Experience with list and library setup, page design, and supporting site migrations. Working knowledge of server and internet concepts, such as server and site security, sites and applications, bindings, SSL, application pools, virtual locations, logging, and relative pathing with experience with Windows server and IIS with ability to perform administration tasks related to implementation and maintenance of web applications.
Working knowledge of and experience in low-code environment, process automation techniques, or a workflow management experience. Preferred experience in several of the following: a web form environment, CMD, PowerShell, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, Fabric UI, Typescript, PL/SQL, Python, Adobe Acrobat forms, and Crystal Reports.
Working knowledge of and experience with various file and image manipulations involving word, AdobeAcrobat, Excel, and Photoshop.

III. RESPONSIBILITY:
Incumbent applies web development principles to individual cases, where desired results are clearly indicated, referring unusual/unprecedented situations to supervisor as needed.
