Key Job Responsibilities
Design Execution and Production
* Create a range of visual assets including print collateral, digital ads, event signage, social graphics, presentations, infographics, and internal communications materials.
* Follow established brand guidelines and apply visual standards consistently across all materials.
* Format, export, and prepare final files for digital platforms, print vendors, and internal use.
Campaign and Project Support
* Collaborate with Marketing Strategists, the Content Manager, and Digital team members to ensure cohesive execution of campaign materials.
* Participate in creative briefings, review cycles, and feedback sessions to refine deliverables.
* Adapt templated materials or create custom layouts to meet project-specific needs.
Cross-Functional
* Work closely with the Junior Graphic Designer and under the direction of the Art Director to deliver creative assets efficiently and on time.
* Contribute to projects supporting the Foundation, PR campaigns, public health initiatives, and physician practice branding.

This position will offer you the opportunity to utilize and expand your design skills, while working in a multi-disciplined team environment with other Electrical and Structural designers and/or engineers in the development of transmission/distribution line drawings/designs.
You will have the opportunity to apply your computer-aided drafting/design skills, while receiving hands-on training in 3D design software environments, such as AutoCAD 3D and/or MicroStation.
Some of your responsibilities will include the development of transmission line plans and profile drawings, transmission/distribution line hardware details, material lists, and grounding details.
You will be involved in creating master sketches to scale showing relation of proposed installations to existing facilities and exact specifications and dimensions. In preparing your drawings, you will confer directly with engineering staff in interpreting input from a variety of sources, such as engineering specifications, weight and volume calculations, and stress factors.
You may accompany and assist other project team members on walkdowns at client facilities to gather information for your design project.
While interfacing with vendors and construction contractors, you may be given the opportunity to explain your drawings so appropriate design adjustments can be made.
