What We're Looking For: Portfolio Requirement: You must have a rich online portfolio (listed on your resume) showcasing a diverse range of digital work, especially in web design, display ads, and motion graphics. +4 years of experience as a UX or Digital Designer. Experience or exposure to UX Design methodology preferred. A BA or higher in design or a related field is required. Must have agency experience. Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator), and required proficiency in Figma and FigJam. HTML5/Google Web Designer: Required experience in HTML5 and Google Web Design for motion ads. Coding Knowledge: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a huge plus.
