**Purpose of Role**
This role will drive, innovate, and enhance the digital customer journey in lockstep with the larger Digital Creative Team. The Digital Designer will work closely with the website, email, and performance marketing strategy teams to bring digital experiences to life -leveraging a consumer centric mindset. Track record of producing designs that meet basic design principles (eg consideration white space, margins, font combinations, design grids, etc).
Understanding the scale of differing creative tasks, and allocating time accordingly is an essential skill. For example, a short-form video edit for social media is a quick, more raw creative process that doesn't warrant hours and hours of work. Whereas the creative development for a point of sale brochure of a website requires a detail-oriented, polished approach.
Measurement/Areas of success (how do you know you're doing an amazing job?):
Produce website and website updates that are on time, beautiful, on brand, often different or cutting edge and/or emotion-provoking, on-brand, buttoned up to near perfection - no one's perfect - but everything delivered should be close.
