What You'll Do
Coordinate and produce compelling, compliant proposals for federal and local government A/E pursuits.

Collaborate with technical staff (architects, engineers, and PMs) to gather, organize, and tailor project data, resumes, and narratives.
Design and produce layouts, graphics, and charts using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office to create visually compelling proposals.
Ensure quality control (proofreading, formatting, compliance with requirements).
Maintain and update marketing collateral: templates, resumes, graphics, and project data base.
Support marketing efforts including presentations, award submissions, and client collateral.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of A/E/C proposal experience (government RFPs required).
Proven experience producing government RFP submissions in SF330 format.
Ability to produce detailed relevancy matrices based on RFP evaluation criteria.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (required).
Strong graphic/layout skills (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
Strong writing, editing, and compliance review skills.
