In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for design ideation, strategy, and graphic design for 360 marketing campaigns including digital marketing, CRM, in-store, and more. This candidate should be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker with strong critical thinking skills. Collaboration across departments and an emphasis on design reviews, design feedback, and AB testing to leverage KPIs, data and analytics are necessary. They will also provide art direction and enforce brand standards across campaigns with external partners to ensure all outsourced design work meets quality and brand guidelines. The right candidate must have in-house or agency design experience, be able to juggle various projects at once, embrace AI and automation, be highly collaborative with the ability to adapt to new business inputs, stakeholder feedback, and ultimately our target audience. They should also have a flair for analytics and how to apply customer data and performance to refine creative strategy. The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA or Boise, ID. * Create visually compelling 360 marketing campaigns including digital, social, and print platforms that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. * AI and Innovation: Assess and leverage AI-powered design tools and automation to accelerate creative processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain cutting-edge aesthetics. * Serve as the AI design lead in collaborating with product, engineering, and technology to identify and source new AI tools that meet the creative team needs. * Ensure brand consistency and excellence in designs and visual communications across campaigns while pushing boundaries of modern design trends. * Present design concepts and share design recommendations in presenting work, leveraging performance, design best practices to support thinking. * Be proficient in design principles and hold yourself accountable on strategic design objectives for all work. * Partner with fellow marketing team, content creators, outside agencies and in-house developers to deliver on brand, cohesive, high-impactful campaigns. * Provide clear art direction and enforce brand standards with external agency partners to ensure all outsourced design work meets quality and brand guidelines. * Develop design elements that enhance the customer journey and brand experience, incorporating customer insights, customer segmentation, NPS attributes and marketing performance into design projects. * Ensure timely project delivery by managing design resources efficiently, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders within Brand Marketing organization. * Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions for timely delivery. * Coordinate project timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation. * Allocate design resources based on project priorities. * Facilitate effective collaboration between design and other departments. * Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and collaboration across design team to share best practices, creative tools and assets. * Help govern and evolve brand guidelines; inform best-practice and on-brand style guide standards. * Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external teams by regularly meeting with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues. * Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud suite of design tools and digital project management software (Monday.com) to design and update progress on work. * Demonstrate the Company's Core Values in the performance of all job duties.
