We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Photoshoot Stylist to bring our vacation rental properties to life for photoshoots. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for interior design, styling, and aesthetics-someone who can elevate our spaces by incorporating thoughtful home decor, greenery, food styling, and finishing touches that make a space feel inviting and aspirational. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time, 1099 contract position. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to: education, work experience, certifications, and location. Pay is $30-50 per hour, with weekly hours varying, up to a maximum of 30 hours per week.
What you'll do…
Style homes for photoshoots, ensuring every detail-from furniture arrangement to decorative accents-enhances the visual storytelling of each space.
Source and arrange home decor, florals, greenery, table settings, and food displays to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Collaborate with photographers, field operations, and the creative team to ensure each shoot aligns with the brand's aesthetic vision.
Troubleshoot on-site styling challenges and make real-time adjustments to optimize the shot.
Work on a project basis for photoshoots which may involve styling the home the day before or the morning of the shoot, supporting photographer during the shoot, and wrapping up / cleaning up after the shoot is complete
Requirements
Proven experience in styling and interior design
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while effectively managing multiple projects autonomously when needed.
Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to and from properties and storage facilities.

The Role

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare detailed drawings of parts and assemblies from layouts, designs and working drawings including necessary projections, sectional views and standard specifications.
Interpret verbal or written direction to initiate a preliminary design.
Perform sizing and electrical load calculations such as cable sizing, conduit sizing, voltage drop, and cable tray using charts and tables, as required to complete work assignments.
Develop or assist in the development of control circuits for instrument components and motors.
Perform and/or review lighting photometric calculations and control.
Prepare parts lists, procurement lists, bills of material (BOM) and specifications when drawings are complete. Revise lists, drawings and BOM consistent with engineering changes.
Implement revisions and change control per company standards at the direction of senior level designers and engineers.
Assemble information and reference drawings from a variety of sources.
Continually look for product improvements and cost reductions.
Determine and initiate drawings/models based on optimal views relative to communicating construction desires as applicable.
Assist with performing field surveys, documenting existing conditions, and/or recommending various design solutions.
Check field red-lined drawings and generate accurate as-built drawings as needed.
Review and assist in preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Design components or portions of systems, and modify existing designs to develop or improve them.
Utilize 2D or 3D computer aided design software to create layouts of instrument systems, devices and components and create fabrication and assembly drawings.
Create documentation required to process Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
Utilize engineering sketches, specifications and supporting documents in the designing, detailing, documenting, and verifying of instrument parts, subassemblies, assemblies or system configurations.
Identify dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances and materials necessary for optimal construction.
Analyze the effect of proposed changes for proper fit and/or interference problems and recommend possible solutions or alternate construction options.
Produce drawings and deliverables utilizing company standards within project-approved schedule and budget.
Maintain proper file management in accordance with company and industry standards.
Interact and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors and other consultants.
Perform field data gathering when requested by supervisor or manager.
Track and maintain a continued awareness of overall schedule and budget for assigned projects.
Comply with all company and client health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) standards as well as federal and local HSSE regulations.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A WEEKEND ASSISTANT SEPTIC TECHNICIAN
This entry-level position is part-time and typically works on either Saturday OR Sunday. Whether work is completed on Saturday or Sunday will be determined each Friday based on the weather. We try to have jobs every weekend, but some weekends we may not have work scheduled. Shifts could be anywhere from 4 - 9 hours long. Our technicians meet at our yard at 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM. We almost never work later than 4:00 PM.

Audubon is currently seeking an I&E Designer, Senior to join our Team in our Metairie, LA office. The I&E Designer will perform assignments associated with designing instrument and electrical equipment, components, structures or systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare detailed drawings of parts and assemblies from layouts, designs and working drawings including necessary projections, sectional views and standard specifications.
* Interpret verbal or written direction to initiate a preliminary design.
* Perform sizing and electrical load calculations such as cable sizing, conduit sizing, voltage drop, and cable tray using charts and tables, as required to complete work assignments.
* Develop or assist in the development of control circuits for instrument components and motors.
