The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for elevating the Principle brand through art direction, graphic design, and social marketing. Management of Principle brand assets for communications including, but not limited to: Oversee and implement the expression within marketing communications of the Principle brand to ensure a positive, consistent perception of the organization. Update and maintain the Principle brand style guide to ensure that all external projects align with branding guidelines, including logo usage. Maintain an organized creative asset library for all assets, including photos, video, and print. Regular onboarding and training on Principle brand and brand experience for Principle staff Design print and digital materials, including but not limited to: social media content, client presentations, email newsletters, website content, conference materials, video content, brochures/flyers, and swag Create, execute, and manage onsite signage requests and event displays Manage and design staff templates and presentation decks Manage and update website, ************************ including but not limited to: Design, site and page layout Imagery, graphics, other media asset libraries Regular content updates and quality assurance checks Collaborate on development of photography/videography assets Manage work with external production vendors/collaborators Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, creative design, marketing, advertising, or related field. Graphic design skill and brand management experience are required. Project management skills such as time management. Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles. Experience with CRM campaigns (preferred). Familiarity with website design and basic UX principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 3+ years of professional design experience. Experience designing for both print and digital. Experience with photography, photo editing and some videography. Experience with WordPress a plus. High attention to detail and execution. Monitor and chart each students progress through observation, reinforcement, remediation, tutoring and review. 6. Report all students with personal or psychological problems that may hinder academic performance or may result in potential harm to himself or others to the Student Services Director and College leadership. 9.
