We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Photoshoot Stylist to bring our vacation rental properties to life for photoshoots. What you'll do…
* Style homes for photoshoots, ensuring every detail-from furniture arrangement to decorative accents-enhances the visual storytelling of each space.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare detailed drawings of parts and assemblies from layouts, designs and working drawings including necessary projections, sectional views and standard specifications.
Interpret verbal or written direction to initiate a preliminary design.
Perform sizing and electrical load calculations such as cable sizing, conduit sizing, voltage drop, and cable tray using charts and tables, as required to complete work assignments.

What You'll Be Doing
Job Scope: The I/E Designer will work with plant discipline engineers to develop plans and drawings and update the following items: Electrical single line diagrams, Motor schematics, Power panels layouts and schedules, Electrical Grounding plans, Lighting plans, Equipment layout and plot plans, Instrument loop sheets, Instrument junction boxes connection and fabricating details, Control panel connection and fabrication details, Distributive Control Systems termination diagrams, Wiring and Cable schedules, Bill of materials Instrument lists, Instrument spec sheets, P&IDs Update P&IDs with instrument details. The job is located in Meraux, LA.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for the constructability, operability, and maintainability of the design within his/her discipline for the assigned project.
Provides comprehensive, efficient, and cost-effective technical input into design related to his/her discipline for assigned projects.
Responsible for the preparation of detailed design drawings within his/her discipline, in accordance with engineering design, required as project deliverables.
Provides continual guidance to drafters within his/her discipline for assigned projects.
Communicates and coordinates with Lead Designer for respective discipline to promote smooth, accurate, and scheduled completion of deliverables.
Reviews drawings within his/her discipline for assigned projects on a regular basis for completeness, overall quality, and adherence to standards.
Ensures all drawings within his/her discipline for assigned projects have been properly checked and backchecked.
Prepares and/or directs the preparation of final drawing plots and copies for transmittal relative to all project deliverables.
Possesses an awareness of project schedule and budget.
Assists with Project Audits when required.
Ideal Background
Education: Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Computer-Aided Drafting is required.
Experience: Requires 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation drafting and design
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Familiarity with the current version of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Ability to perform lighting level calculations.
Ability to size wire, conduit and overcurrent protection for both lighting and power applications.
Ability to perform voltage drop calculations.

Ability to determine motor control center loading.
Familiarity with specifications and installation details of construction bulk materials and equipment.

Must Have

Audubon is currently seeking an I&E Designer, Senior to join our Team in our Metairie, LA office. The I&E Designer will perform assignments associated with designing instrument and electrical equipment, components, structures or systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare detailed drawings of parts and assemblies from layouts, designs and working drawings including necessary projections, sectional views and standard specifications.
* Interpret verbal or written direction to initiate a preliminary design.
* Perform sizing and electrical load calculations such as cable sizing, conduit sizing, voltage drop, and cable tray using charts and tables, as required to complete work assignments.
* Develop or assist in the development of control circuits for instrument components and motors.
* Perform and/or review lighting photometric calculations and control.
* Prepare parts lists, procurement lists, bills of material (BOM) and specifications when drawings are complete. Revise lists, drawings and BOM consistent with engineering changes.
* Implement revisions and change control per company standards at the direction of senior level designers and engineers.

* Identify dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances and materials necessary for optimal construction.
* Analyze the effect of proposed changes for proper fit and/or interference problems and recommend possible solutions or alternate construction options.
* Produce drawings and deliverables utilizing company standards within project-approved schedule and budget.
* Maintain proper file management in accordance with company and industry standards.
* Interact and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors and other consultants.
* Perform field data gathering when requested by supervisor or manager.
* Track and maintain a continued awareness of overall schedule and budget for assigned projects.
* Comply with all company and client health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) standards as well as federal and local HSSE regulations.
