The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our media team. This position plays a key role in supporting the visual communication of our brand across YouTube, social media, marketing, events, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of visual design principles, and the ability to work well within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:
Design eye-catching graphics for YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, presentations, email campaigns, and event materials
Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding
Create and update templates for presentations, social media, and print materials
Support the development of visual assets for live events and conferences
Manage multiple design projects and deadlines with a strong attention to detail
Stay up to date with design trends, especially those relevant to digital and social platforms
Contribute ideas and creative input to enhance visual content
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social media design work
Strong understanding of what makes a high-converting YouTube thumbnail: visual clarity, emotional faces, punchy text, and compelling composition
Ability to design bold, scroll-stopping graphics that drive curiosity and increase click-through rate (CTR)
Experience collaborating with editors or producers to align thumbnail design with video content and title strategy
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality
Great communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
A proactive, “get it done” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Passion for helping small business owners and being part of a mission-driven company
Bonus Points For:
Comfortable with YouTube Creator Studio analytics and using performance data to iterate on thumbnail design
Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics using tools like DaVinci Resolve

Inspects all jobs for accuracy and quality before sending them to be produced.
Maintains accurate electronic and paper records.
Works on multiple different projects simultaneously.
Loads materials on/into printers, table router, laser cutter and engraver: which may require some heavy lifting.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Degree in Design is a plus
