About the Job We are looking for a Senior Designer to help elevate and scale creative across Nobl Travel and Flo Pilates. This role is perfect for someone who is obsessed with sharp design, believes branding is more than just a logo, and wants to build category-defining brands in the DTC space. Position Summary The Creative Designer is a core contributor within Outform's Creative team, focused on the design and development of retail displays, fixtures, and retail environmental elements. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that blends creative concept development with industrial design fundamentals and technical rigor. The role is intended for a mid-level designer, not a senior or managerial position. The Creative Designer supports concept development, visualization, and design execution while collaborating closely with Industrial Design, Engineering, Program Management, and Creative leadership to deliver manufacturable, retail-ready solutions.
