As a Graphic Designer / Production Specialist, you will have a dual role working in the computer room and production room. In the computer room, you will be responsible for creating computer-generated vinyl and/or full-color graphics output that can be weeded, cut, and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate. In the production room, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical construction and assembling of signs from computer cut vinyl and wide format full-color printouts, which includes proofreading and conducting quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of signs. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with co-workers and customers with file transfers, FTP access, photo library options, online proofs, etc.
Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer
Provides proofs to customers (10-30 per day)
Maintains accurate file storage on server by following a preset folder architecture
Follows a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full-color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate or medium
Prepares substrates for application
Performs finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces
Installs signs when necessary
Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping at the front counter, consulting with customers, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
Experience as a graphic designer, sign-related computer operator, or in desktop publishing required, including an advanced level of experience using Adobe applications
Strong Apple iMac and PC skills and internet, Adobe Illustrator software, and sign production software skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)
Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 50 or more pounds
Must have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
Able to use light power equipment

This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements).

They are proficient in both frontend and backend languages and frameworks, as well as in server, network, and hosting environments. To get to this breadth and depth of knowledge, most full-stack developers will have spent many years working in a variety of different roles. They also tend to be well-versed in both business logic and user experience, meaning they are not only well-equipped to get hands-on, but can also guide and consult on strategy too.
Full Stack Developer is an engineer who works on both the client-side and server-side of the software application. This type of developer works on the Full Stack of a software application meaning Front end development, Back end development, Database, Server, API, and version-controlling systems. Hence, the name "Full Stack" Developer. Full-stack developer translates user requirements into the overall architecture and implements the new systems. A Full-Stack Developer doesn't necessarily master all technologies. DUTIES - The purpose of the position is to provide support to the Business System IT department. Functions including but not limited to:
Using an Agile development methodology, develop and maintain applications that support the company business departments (i.e. Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, Project Controls, etc.).
Working with the customers and Business Analysts, develop the user stories and storyboards.
Develop interfaces between enterprise systems and in-house applications
Develop reports using SQL Server Report Services (SSRS)
Support end-users with users' manuals and initial training
Perform initial developer testing
Support QA Analyst in developing fully documented test plan
Evaluate procedures to verify they meet regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 3 years experience
Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 5 years experience
High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years experience
Experience/Skills:
Demonstrated experience and success in all phases of the software development lifecycle including user stories and storyboard development, application development, test plan development, testing, production turnover, and documentation.

Full Stack Developer Skill Set
Front-end technology: Full-stack developers should be master of essential front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Knowledge of third-party libraries like jQuery, LESS, Angular, and ReactJS is desirable
Development Languages: Full-stack engineers should know at least one server-side programming language like Java, Python, Ruby, .Net, etc.
Database and cache: Knowledge of various DBMS technology is another important need of a full stack developer. MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, SQLServer are widely used for this purpose. Knowledge of caching mechanisms like varnish, Memcached, Redis is a plus.
Basic design ability: In order to become a successful Full-Stack web developer, knowledge of designing is also recommended. Moreover, the person should know the principle of basic prototype design and UI /UX design.
Server: Exposure to handling Apache or nginx servers is desirable. A good background in Linux helps tremendously in administering servers.
Version control system (VCS): A version control system allows full-stack developers to keep track of all the changes made in the codebase. The knowledge of Git helps full stack developers to understand how to get the latest code, update parts of the code, make changes in other developer's code without breaking things.
Working with API (REST & SOAP): Knowledge of web services or API is also important for full-stack developers. Knowledge of the creations and consumption of REST and SOAP services is desirable.
Other Pieces of the Puzzle: Ability to write quality unit tests | a complete understanding of automated processes for building testing, document, and deploying it at scale | An awareness of security concerns is important, as each layer has its own vulnerabilities | Knowledge of Algorithms and data structures is also an essential need for professional full-stack developers
Communication: Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Teamwork skills are important in the highly-matrixed project environment
Work Hours: A work week will be up to 40 hours based on the assigned schedule. Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch.
Area Security Access: A security clearance is not required.
