This position will prepare 3D designs associated with Department of Defense projects at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, UT. This onsite role offers a W2 hourly base rate up to $90.00/hour with time and a half for overtime, per diem, and mobilization / demobilization. U.S. Citizenship Is Required. Interface with pipe stress and pipe support engineers, construction, and suppliers during the preparation of designs for the purpose of model/space control, etc. Perform coordination review of specifications and other documents prepared by others. Plans, develops, coordinates, and reviews design work within a small-size Plant Design and Piping (PD&P) design work group. Produces drawings and documentation in accordance with established design and scope including foundation design and steel detailing. Ensures PD&P systems designs comply with all applicable installation codes, regulations, and standards. Coordinates and interfaces as directed with the day-to-day technical work of PD&P engineers, scientists, specialists, designers, and drafters. Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper management. Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators). Prepares or oversees the preparation of PD&P design estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly. Entry Level position for an individual interesting in learning about Graphic Design and has the ability to operate computer software to product and print banners for advertising and marketing. Starting wage is $22.00/hr or based on experience.Job Description Primary Location: Ogden, Utah Banner Designer- Marketing & Sales: Operates computer and printers to design and produce requested signs and promotional material by performing the following duties. Designs and produces marketing signs and promotional material as requested by management. Loads paper and ink based on sign and type needed for each individual project. Efficiently uses materials to minimize waste of equipment time and required materials. Seeks approval with appropriate contact before initiating printing phase. Orders and maintains supplies needed to produce signs following established processes for purchase orders and accounts payables. Calculates and creates invoices for billing and distribution of printed material and maintains the associated accounts receivable records. Packages finished signs in protective wrapping suitable for transport to recipient. Addresses packages for transportation and distributes them accordingly. Maintains the sign equipment through appropriate use and performance of required routine maintenance. Either arranges for needed repairs or informs the appropriate contact of maintenance and repair needs. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
