**Purpose of Role**
This role will drive, innovate, and enhance the digital customer journey in lockstep with the larger Digital Creative Team. The Digital Designer will work closely with the website, email, and performance marketing strategy teams to bring digital experiences to life -leveraging a consumer centric mindset. The 2025 Hawaii State Legislature passed bill 961 that establishes a two-year pilot program for a 12-month certified librarian to provide rotating library support services to a school complex.
The Complex Certified Librarian will:
* Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to evaluate currently available learning resources and school needs in the areas of information literacy and technology
* Develop an action plan to improve student and teacher access to and familiarity with high-quality print and/or digital tools and content
* Provide students with high-quality learning experiences and support through in-person and/or virtual classrooms visits, individual consultation, and outreach
* Evaluate existing collection and ensure equitable access to a curated collection of diverse materials reflecting a variety of experiences and perspectives
