We are looking for a front-end designer/developer to create new websites and refresh existing websites for our clients. We are a digital marketing agency that believes that digital tactics work best when we can drive traffic to a highly-functional hub. Understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Care deeply about creating work that delivers results.
This isn't the kind of gig where you can work through a couple of rounds of changes, and be finished with the site. We will continue to tweak a website until the client is thrilled - or a landing page until our ads are converting. We design great looking sites that also must work to generate leads or sales.
You'll be given the freedom to share your ideas and expertise. You'll have responsibility for your own client projects, but will be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team to help you succeed.
KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule. This means we have every other Friday off, allowing us to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy three-day weekends every other week.
