X Technologies is seeking an Instructional Systems Developer to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) with experience applying the Instructional System Development (ISD) fundamentals to formal AF CO, IO and/or Faculty Development Courseware from Hurlburt Field, FL, Joint Base San Antonio, TX or Keesler AFB, MS.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will augment and support the Government in course planning and development, including, but not limited to, all formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware material.
You will develop curriculum IAW applicable Master Training Task List (MTTL) and Training Task List (TTL) requirements as well as audit and edit all developed courseware for accuracy, completeness, flow, balance, and clarity of understanding, IAW 39 IOS SOPs/Instructions/OIs, ACC Instructions, and Joint Directives.
You will provide associated documentation for design, development, revision, and administration of FTU training.
You will utilize the ISD ADDIE Model, along with Bloom's taxonomy level of learning and/or the Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, Redefinition (SAMR) Model for all course development.
