You will work directly with Implementation, Support, Integration, and Software Engineering to create/follow and maintain all technical processes and procedures surrounding product implementation, configuration, integration, import, and upgrade services. You will be customer-facing and will assist customers throughout the full life cycle of software development from project conceptualization and planning to development, implementation, maintenance and support. You will be responsible for solving the most challenging problems by collaborating with various teams across the organization. The position requires on average 60-70% travel across the United States and Internationally. Your duties will include: * Consult with customers regarding operational considerations and configuration of systems to support customer requirements. Make recommendations to utilize full advantages of Agilysys product line while minimizing operational loss. * Monitor live operations by providing end user assistance for the Agilysys product line implemented at customer sites. * Gather technical site requirements, technically review and recommend operational design as it pertains to installation preparedness. * Create test cases and technical documentation of code developed. * Troubleshooting Implementation issues and working with development to resolve. * Accurate management of developed code in our source control provider (TFS). * Working with Program Management to ensure features conform to specification. * Working with Quality Assurance to ensure features meet standards of quality and robustness. * Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management and Leadership to resolve all issues encountered with day-to-day activities. Requirements for success: * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study. * 2 years of experience with .NET Framework, SQL Server, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web API, MVC, or C#. * 1 year of experience with .NET-based development of database-driven applications. * Experience with T-SQL Stored Procedure and SQL query development. * Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, TFS environment. * At least two years of customer service experience in a technical environment. * The position requires at least 60-70% travel across the United States and Internationally. * Experience with customer and scenario focused engineering in a consultative environment is strongly preferred. * Capable of enterprise software implementations. * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to work with corporate stakeholders and technical experts. * Excellent organizational, and time management skills. * Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction, features, and priorities. * Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple commercial software products and services to market. * Able to obtain a gaming license.
