The Employee Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and communication of the organization's employee benefits programs. This includes managing health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence plans while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role is designed to support the Human Resources department in delivering value that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. This position reports directly to and provides dedicated support to the Human Resources Manager. The Warehouse Operator (WO) works in a warehouse setting focusing on safety, staging containers for delivery, operating a forklift. They must operate with all chemicals utilizing Webb's safety protocols, Work Instructions, PPE and adhere to safety standards for each and every work zone. Responsibilities Offloading delivery trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse May load or unload by hand, or with freight handling tools such as lift truck, pallet jack, or side cart Use scanners to read bar codes on products Scan barcode on freight & ensure each freight movement to rack, floor or loading door View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks Verify shipping information from the scan unit to ensure freight is labeled to go to the correct destination Receive and put away inventory Confirming merchandise information matches that of the work order Attach barcodes to freight for tracking and routing Finalizing the work order and updating the database Inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities Ensure product meets quality requirements Report overage, shortages, and damages according to operating procedures Sort and segregate freight by destination Verify freight counts Dock clean-up as needed May include other duties as assigned by Management Qualifications 6 months experience Previous experience as a fulfillment associate Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage Ability to read and interpret written work orders Strong attention to detail 18 years old Meet minimum hiring criteria PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing Experience operating lift truck, pallet jack, or side desired Frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds; pull up to 100 pounds and push up to 50 pounds Occasionally climb stairs Frequently stoop, kneel or crouch ENVIRONMENT Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur.
