Essential Job Functions:
Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, appropriate safety gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts)
Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per the standard(s) provided by corporate, customer, and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF).
Possesses a practical understanding of SQF and HACCP and can address inquiries related to both.
Ability to read, comprehend, and adhere to a production manufacturing schedule, effectively communicate issues or deviations with the appropriate parties and respond to inquiries.
Maintain production flow of machine(s) by monitoring downstream and upstream issues, supplying raw materials to the equipment, and performing minor servicing if and when needed.
Follow all Quality Assurance and Production line standard operating procedures.
Follow standard operating procedures to perform equipment changeovers; ability to read imperial and metric measurements.
Completely and accurately record all necessary information for production and quality records. Keep accurate downtime reports and documentation.
Responsible for performing equipment and general sanitation in your work area or as assigned by leadership.
Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
Ability to accurately identify raw material defects that could impact production quality, reduce efficiencies, and increase waste.
May assist in training new employees.
Ability to understand visual and auditory cues to identify production or machine related issues.
Perform minor machine maintenance as well as daily and weekly preventive maintenance as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by leadership including but not limited to cross training, general and plant sanitation, inventory management, training, etc.
Required Skills:
Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment required. Ability to independently and efficiently operate and troubleshoot required manufacturing equipment.
Demonstrates the ability to gain a firm understanding of production machinery/forklifts, including an awareness of technical issues.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Adeptness in basic mathematical abilities.
Skill in understanding and interpreting gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
Formal training in areas such as WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
Forklift certification may be required.

Components
A. Assist the client and family members or other collaterals to identify strategies or treatment options associated with the client's mental illness, with the goal of minimizing the negative effects of mental illness symptoms or emotional disturbances or associated environmental stressors which interfere with the client's daily living, financial management, housing, academic and/or employment progress, personal recovery or resilience, family and/or interpersonal relationships, and community integration.
B. Individual supportive counseling, solution focused intervention, emotional and behavioral management, and problem behavior analysis with the client, with the goal of assisting the client with developing and implementing social, interpersonal, self care, daily living and independent living skills to restore stability, to support functional gains, and to adapt to community living.
C. Participation in and utilization of strengths based planning and treatments which include assisting the client and family members or other collaterals with identifying strengths and needs, resources, natural supports and developing goals and objectives to utilize personal strengths, resources, and natural supports to address functional deficits associated with their mental illness.
D. Assist the client with effectively responding to or avoiding identified precursors or triggers that would risk their remaining in a natural community location, including assisting the client and family members or other collaterals with identifying a potential psychiatric or personal crisis, developing a crisis management plan and/or as appropriate, seeking other supports to restore stability and functioning.
Targeted Case Management (TCM) Definition: Targeted Case Management is designed to provide medically necessary services, under a treatment plan approved by the psychiatrist or physician skilled in the treatment of mental disorders and to assist Medicaid beneficiaries in resolving or minimizing the effects of the mental and emotional impairment for which clinical and/or hospital services have previously been provided. The goal is to enhance independent functioning through which the consumer is integrated into and/or maintained within the community, so that institutionalization is not as likely or frequent. This goal-directed medically necessary service is for adults with severe and persistent mental illness or children with severe emotional disturbance through which the individual is assisted in obtaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services. All interventions provided shall be related to specific goals set forth in the consumer's treatment plan. Documentation in progress notes is required for each billed service. Interventions include the following: Components A. Treatment Planning: This includes facilitating the team treatment planning process, including documenting the individualized plan, developing goals and objectives based on a strengths assessment, monitoring to ensure that the plan is working, and making changes when needed. It is expected that the treatment planning process include participation of consumers, families, and natural supports, and that documentation reflect this involvement. B. Collateral Contacts: This includes phone and written correspondence, as well as face-to-face contacts with other social service agencies, schools, housing and employment resources, and medical services. C. Access to Supports: This includes assisting individuals in obtaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. ABOUT THE POSITION
The Plant Manager oversees multiple functional areas and has responsibility for ensuring the manufacture and assembly of glass to metal sealed products from raw material handling through final product inspection and delivery, safely and according to schedule, in manner that meets quality, customer and specification standards. We are seeking a Child Peer Recovery Support Specialist Level 2 to join our dedicated community-based team!
This vital role focuses on helping individuals age 16 and up in their homes and the community by providing peer and wellness services them, the parents by teaching parenting skills and navigating Oklahoma systems of care.
Some Key Duties:
* Meet clients during inpatient care, plan for their aftercare needs, and provide ongoing support during their transition to outpatient services.
* Advocate, coordinate, and integrate physical health, behavioral health, addiction treatment, and social services.
* Facilitate recovery and wellness groups, including WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), while promoting self-advocacy and independence.
* Build relationships with clients, families, and community providers to ensure seamless aftercare and resource access.
* Provide health education, develop self-management plans, and encourage healthy lifestyles.
